Your First Step
O
nce you’ve made that initial call to us, you’ll submit your dental X-rays to us. We’ll have your dentist review your records, then create a treatment plan. Once you agree to it, the next step is the fun part: planning your trip!
Your concierge will discuss dates with you and let you know how many appointments will be required, as well as the recommended amount of time for your entire trip. Though you’ll book your plane tickets, we take care of everything else.
Arriving For Your Dental Holiday
When you arrive, we’ll meet you at your airport and transfer you to your hotel. We won’t leave until we know you’re comfortable and don’t need anything more from us. On the day of your treatment, we’ll pick you up and bring you to your dental clinic.
While your treatment is underway, someone will be available to you in case any questions arise. Naturally, your dentist will speak English, but having an extra person around is the added level of support we love to provide. After your appointment, we’ll bring you back to your hotel.
What to Do? There’s Plenty to Choose From!
You’ll likely need more than one visit to your dental clinic. How you’ll spend the time between each of your appointments is up to you. Your concierge will assist you in developing an itinerary that’s right for you. See beautiful Vienna, breathtaking Bratislava or travel down the Danube to Budapest. You can even reach Prague in just a few hours on the train! We’ll personalise your experience to what you prefer and are experts on what to do in each city.
After your dental treatment, we’ll make a follow-up call to you to ensure that you’re satisfied with the results. If you require a second trip to complete your treatment, we’ll be in touch to make the planning seamless.
